In 1970 Bernie had a dream to open his own restaurant. That dream became true on May 1st 1970 when Bernie opened for the first time and Bernie's pizza became and instant Millard sensation. Bernie's pizza was located on 136 and Q street Omaha Nebraska for 43 yrs until Bernie retired.

Bernie Drassal started Bernie's Pizza in Millard back in 1971. When he retired, his family made sure we would eventually be back in the Millard area. We've been back as take-out only now for going on our 3rd year with the same recipes and same family continuing Bernie's pizza legacy. After 4 yrs of searching our family found another location to re-open at 13522 Cottner street Omaha Nebraska just down the street from the old location and we are now under management with Bernie's own nephew leading the charge. We plan to be open another 43 yrs so come join our family and experience love at first bite!
